Madison folk-poppers Seasaw — the musical project of Eve Wilczewski and Meg Golz — has a new live session out today via Hear Here Presents, a video series based in Milwaukee.
Seasaw started out as a long-distance partnership, but Wilczewski and Golz made Madison their permanent home in 2015. This newfound proximity allowed the pair to collaborate on a new level, and a year ago they released their latest full-length album, Too Much of a Good Thing.
Wilczewski and Golz’s vocals are the band’s most defining feature, and their instrumental fluidity and intricate harmonies were on full display at Hear Here’s (tastefully decorated) loft. Watch the video below, and catch Seasaw in action at their next local appearance: a Friday, Aug. 4 slot opening for Shakey Graves at Live on King Street.
